I suggest that strikes are not always the best solution because you can strike and you can't get what you want some times because you might strike then your employee just fires you then you go back to zero. so some times we need to talk to our bosses politely before striking and to also think before acting because some times the bosses can set a rule knowing that people are going to strike yet they are testing them so that they can get good workers. in addition to that, some times people need to make up their minds before thinking of making a strike.
