Are the Police Being Taken Over By Technology?
Since 1829, the police has been stopping crime around the globe and arresting the all the criminal. But in the past 10 years, technology has developed-a lot. This means that the police don‘t really need to find out who the criminal was using methods like fingerprints, dogs and other stuff that is used to find out the sneaky criminal who committed the heinous crime.
But now we have technology like security cameras and doorbells which videos who's outside their house. With all this we don't need police around local areas as much to be on scene when they spot a criminal.
To conclude I think that the police is taking over technology but only to a certain extent because there aren’t robots going around town with laser guns zapping the criminals. But they are still needed a lot for things like arresting people, interrogating and helping the public. But cameras capture most of the crime that goes on around the neighbourhoods and the police arrests the suspect who did it.
