The challenges of democracy is people not being happy about the results of votes for example if someone didn't get there own way they could start arguing over who should have won in a vote. Another challenge is people under 18 could want to vote and they would try to change the law this will end up in big arguments over if under 18's should be able to vote or not .
Other countries that don't have a democracy do not face many of these problems because thy don't have a democracy.
Can you give me an example except from North Korea because that is a familiar one that people use that do not have a democracy.
