Why we can’t move to mars and what it could to to our bodies

Space Featured Image 4

As you probably already know from either school or burnet news club people are suggesting to move to mars so we can have another chance to look after our habitat.Unfortanlly, I think that we can’t for many different reasons and some are going to be discussed in this post.well firstly, is there actually enough oxygen on mars to live?since space has 0% gravity, would every thing we build stay in its place? If it doesn’t then how would we build hospitals or houses or even schools!Eventually we wouldn’t be able to breath if our oxygen tanks on our back run out and we would sadly die. Also how long do you think it would take to get the billions of people in the world to mars.So as you can see there are some things to think about before we try to move.In the comments try to maby answer some of these questions with your opinion.

However that doesn’t mean we should stop exploring space because we can find new things and invent new things with the material we discover. My suggestions are to set a certain date as to when people can travel into space to save more money that could of gone to children in need or hospitals. Also stop making so much things for space and make more for earth and trying to stop climate change and even pollution.whacts your opinion in space travel?

On the one hand, lots of people believe that, although we are informed about how badly it could affect our bodies to go to mars, it is still perfectly safe and won’t do us much harm. These people would rather all their tax to go to space than hospitals and care centres!

However, on the other hand, other people believe that our health and safety overrules even thinking about going to mars. These people would way rather have all out tax go to health centres than space expenses!

Overall, after approaching the information with scepticism and open mindedness I strongly believe that not going to space is the right thing to do, because I think health and safety is more important that anything in the whole world!

    BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!!!!!

I strongly agree with you because the air on mars is to fin to breathe in and laps it around the surface. Actually mars is the most astronaut friendly planet. But we still won't be able to breathe or we will die.

The building would not float away if it was on the ground. For the oxygen we could use our space station tech for oxygen but at first we would have set up temporary places and then set up a permanent place to stay.

I agree. Going into space is a great opportunity and experience for people however if people are planning to move there, it may not be such a good idea...

We all live on Earth and so far we have had a few problems with climate change, pollution and many more. Living somewhere in space just for the fun of it would be really risky especially since you don't know what might happen which is mainly because you are not used to the atmosphere and how things work. It is always a bad idea to go ahead and do something if you don't think things through. The Earth already has its own problems that may take years to fix and people are already think about starting another life outside it. Also, the money that we use to go to space could limit the money that we could use in order to help sick or poor people get better and healthier life.

Overall, I think that the best thing to do is to wait and try and figure out the best ways to solve these problems on Earth before moving on to another planet to avoid them getting worse.

we cant go into mars because it is way to cold up there and if we do go up there we would instantly die

Well done! I really liked the way you used pictures and used both sides of the argument. I think we cannot go to Mars because we will die and it is cold and our body cannot keep ourselves warm that much

I think that we should try and at least do a little bit of space travel as we have no idea when the earth will be destroyed so it won't hurt to be prepared. I think that just a limited amount of space travel every year will be good so that we can find another planet to live on. Although there are good points pointed out in the text about using the money on other things like children's hospitals, there may be absolutely no point in spending it on that as the earth could be destroyed within the next few years. Another thing that is good is during space exploration we could discover things that are vital to our planet such as the cure to cancer. Also going to Mars could effect our bodies but we will not know until we look so we should definitely at least try and find out whether Mars is inhabitable.

Overall, I think that we should carry on doing space exploration but cut off a few trips as that could be the difference of the Earth being destroyed or not as all of the gases and pollution from the trips could strongly effect our planet!
