Space, will it be our new home?

In this piece of work i am talking about space and climate change.

Why is there a possiblity we can leave our planet?

Our planet is in great danger and most people don't recognise it.There have been speeches, newsletters and even songs about how we should do something about climate change.Yet some people still don't listen. Restaurants have even tried to stop this.Places like mcdonalds and other places have gotton rid of plastic straws, to replace them with metal straws or paper straws. If climate change carries on there would certinaly be more chance of the tempreture increasing rapidy. This is a bad thing because you may have heard that ice is melting and flooding places around the world. In the future there are chances that some british cities could be completey under water.

why space?

In my opinion we need to discover more of space for our reasons.Like i said last pararaph it could become our next home. For that to happen we would need to try and survive in space. We need to discover space to check for resources like water or food. Some people beilieve that there may be life in space or on other planets. If that is true are they like us?Can they survive there?Where to they find their resources? If we discovered more of space we could be able to find life, if there is such thing as aliens, are they like us humans? then they would probably know how to survive.Have you ever thought, what happend the the astruanauts that got lost in space? Are they still alive or are they dead?Have they discovered anything? There is a big chance they are dead but it is possible they are still out there, floating around in space.Humans are pretty smart so if we did live in space we would probably find a way to survive.Could we build cities? How would we breathe? How would we eat?How expensive would it be?

Thank you for reading my first post about space~resourceful_drawing

In my opinion, I think that space will not be our new home because then we could dye from not enough oxygen. Also, if we do end up living on the moon then we could potentially float away caused to not being attached to anything and gravity. This is an amazing post. Well done!

I have looked at this with an open mind

I do think we could possibly live there but I think it would be a better idea just to go for a holiday because there’s no oxygen and we could die from that you would have to wear a helmet everywhere it would be a better idea just to go for a holiday but if you want to live there I’m not going to stop you it’s just my opinion.

Thank you for sharing but going on holiday would not help if climate change was to struck. The heat would be unbareable because of the amount of smoke caused by plastic and other waste and factories. And there would be floods all other the place because of the ice melting. The whole earth would be apart of it.

Space will be our new home if the sun blows up and destroys all of the planets with the exo planets alongside ot

i dont think that space will be our new home because you will run out of air really quickly as space doesnt have any oxygen.I think this because there is also no gravity in space to keep us down onto the planets.

On the other hand, space might be our new home if scientists figure out something that will make us live atleast for a decade

    Can we live in space...
First we can but we will have to wear astronaut helmets the hole time because we breathe in oxygen. No other planet does have oxygen on and they are either way, way, way to cold or way way to hot. One the other hand the earth will blow up one day or become unliveable so we will have to live some where. We have found water on Mars so we can find some more Surely. We will have to make up are mind soon.

Why are people going to space in the first place?
Does it not make it fair if only asronauts go instead of just the rich and not the poor and then the situation would be sorted and people will not go on about space being our new home?

We can live in space but probably we will run out of oxygen and we will need where helmets all the time! Wouldn't that be annoying but materials we find in space like mars rocks or plants could help mankind in the medical department and and furniture but isn't happening yet so we will need to decide explore the universe or stay on planet and stop climate change and find a cure for cancer
