how could moving to space effect our bodies?

most of us know about NASA sent one twin up into space and there were massive changes in his genes. If us humans move to space then obviously kids are going to have to come .That means there could be even bigger changes in there genes and that could be dangerous .there are also dangers of childres or even adults bones becoming stiff due to low boidy movment .Elderly people could have an even worse effect on there bones as most of them have stiff bones already .This could become even wors than just stiff bones because if you dont exsersize regually you could become obese and that would not be good .Please tell me if you know any other things that could happen to you in space .
thanks for reading !hope this tells you lots of new facts!

it does affect our body because our body gets a shock that's why it is difficult to walk after going to space and you have to learn to walk after space.
I agree with you
thank you

I absolutely love this post it tells you lots of interesting facts! Also since we won’t have unlimited oxygen tanks it could run out and we would need some for every one so we would die😜

Well space has zero gravity so it will take a while for are bodies to get used to having not as much gravity to pull us down, but the bigger the planet the more gravity and the smaller the planet the less gravity so earth is a good size which gives us a lot of gravity so if we move to a big planet are bodies will be used to the gravity.

Did you know that when an astronaut comes back fro space and he or she has been up in space for a long time there spines grow taller and weaker so they have to do a lot of exercise to stay fit

Yeah those twins were the one who went in space was called Scott Kelly and it had a massive impact on his genes

I think space could effect are bodies in 3 ways.
Firstly, gravity because most people are not astronauts and then when we go to space we won't be used to gravity and we'll end up floating away in space but over time we will get used to it though.
Secondly, the temperature because we are used to temperatures like 15*c,40*c etc but if the temperatures are higher say on other planets then we could burn up so we need to make equipment that can keep our bodies at normal temperature.
Finally, risks like black holes because we can die from many of these. We could die from black holes because they are really strong they can pull anything in. Comets could kill us because they fall at incredible speeds so we need to be careful about that if we move to space.
