One reason I believe this is, people cannot be trusted and can get their news from social media. But on the other hand some people can be trusted and get their news from trusted websites, but if you’re telling your perspective, try to use your scepticism so people can’t say you’re lying or they change their mind, and disagree with you. For example, in Myanmar the Buddhist university student has gathered all her news from Facebook, where all Anti-Rohinga information is spread, plus some news is fake. While Kobir Basar, the Rohinga person, has seen his news first-hand experience.
The second reason I believe this is, some people are rich and powerful, and people would want to hear their opinion, and even agree on it, however, some people are poor and are not powerful and people do not want to hear their perspective, and disagree with their opinion. But we need to use are open mindedness to welcome other points of view. For example in Myanmar Aung San Suu Kyi, is powerful and rich and people would want to listen to her opinion, but someone poor and unpowerful like Kobir Basar, no one will want to listen to.
