Is every perspective on a news story equally important?

I believe all perspectives are not equally important because someone could give an opinion because of someone’s race or their background they could also do it out of cruelness and spitefulness. For example, in Myanmar, there is a Buddhist student who feels people like Kobir Basar don’t belong here just because they are muslims. In Myanmar most of the people there are Buddhist (90% really) and that makes only a small percentage of them which does not help their situation at all. The student said she also got her facts of facebook which means it is not fair because all they are is rumours nothing else.

A second reason I believe this is because, if you get someone who was involved they could give you more detail and tell you the truth with what happened. For example in Myanmar, Aung San Suu Kyi said that it was a terrorist who started all of this madness but Kobir Basar said that it was the army that kept droping bombs on people and how his family is dead because of them.
