Hub Highlights and Thought Leader!

At the end of each Issue, we chose one Thought Leader. This is the Burnet News Club who contributed really well to the Hub discussions and used the BNC skills. They might have written interesting Final pieces, won lots of skills stars or written posts and comments that got other members thinking and talking about the Issue.
Myanmar: Unravelling the Rohingya Refugee Crisis
Thought Leader: NOEL PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL!
Noel Park were awarded the most stars per comment/post which showed their contributions were high quality. They demonstrated brilliant curiosity, open-mindedness, scepticism, reasoning and storytelling.
Highly Commended: Graveney School, for their amazing British Red Cross interview
Highly Commended: Ormiston Bushfield Academy, who ended at the top of the school leaderboard
The prize
- Our team visits each Thought Leader club to make a short film about their BNC. Watch their one here!
- Three or four of the best Hub posts are published in our Hub Highlights magazine, which gets sent to your school and Head teacher
Congratulations to those schools from Issue 1!
