One reason I believe this is because everyone's perspective must be heard but people don't have to agree. Some might disagree because they might not think it is not important even though it is.
For example, in Myanmar Antonio Gutteres is worried about what is happening to Rohingya people and is trying to help the people going through this situation. This shows that every perspective is important because Antonios perspective might be talked about and the Rohingya people's situation might be sorted out.
A second reason I believe this is because people might be worried about what is going on and their perspective might be some good information.
For example, in Myanmar Aung San Suu Kyi is concerned that Muslims are fleeing across the border to Bangladesh and she wants to find out why this exodus is happening. This shows that every perspective is impoertant because she is trying to figure out why the Muslims are fleeing so people will talk about the situation and will soon be figured out. Then they stop people from doing this.
