I am funny_meteor reporting from Roman Road. The changes predicted for the future of work are the gig economy, remote working and automation.
The problems for the future of work could be shops and businesses permanently closing. Natasha owns a cafe on Roman Road who had to adapt to the changes during lockdown. Ilhan the shop owner brought new employees to help him through these difficult times. They helped him adapt to changes throughout the lockdown.
The pandemic could be a turning point for work anyone working in offices could work from home permamentally this would also help global warming as there would be less pollution from cars. Offices could close so that more useful businessess could open in the empty spaces.
I think that workers should be able to listen, speak, solve problems and be creative.(Unless they have a disability) These could help in most situations.
