My NHS manifesto

The NHS is really good and at it's best level however, do we really think it is at a successful level and everything is perfect? Of course, nothing is perfect but can't we make it even better to improve the NHS? Here are some ideas that I have thought to improve the NHS.

To help the NHS be successful, we definetly need more beds. There are many people out there that need beds for their healthcare otherwise their lives just might be at risk, they can not afford to wait so long! If the NHS are in depht or can not afford to spend any money then I shall promise to you, in the next 2 or 3 years you will be payed more from the goverment as health is really important.

So the NHS is getting better and making a change a lot but can't we push even furthur? The answer to this is always! Always extend! So, my second opinion is to make it more comftorbale although, it is not that important but at least it will not be uncomftorbale because we want to make sure that our costumers feel safe and comftorbale but apart from that, it really is not that important and we do not need to worry about it to much.

Now adays, patients wait so long just so they can be checked. What should we do about this problem? Well I think that we should get more doctors and nurses so we will reduce the queues and as soon as you come in, you will be served but it will be hard because there are not many doctors/nurses/dentists around the world so maybe what we could do is persuade younger children and teach them all about these people and hopefully they will be inspired.

Another way you could do it is to make/build different departments so there will be seperate sections which will be really usefull instead of being squashed up in a very tiny space.

I have heard that the IT is not that good so, what we can do is improve it. Why do we need to worry about the IT you ask? So the NHS can keep up to date and won't lose contact. This will keep the NHS updated on the latest things. It will also make things work faster and not slow like how it was in the past. Another statement that I would like to make is that it will improve and extend the quality of care which could be very useful and help the NHs in progress.

But, we have to be careful because sometimes there could be a few cons in the way. Maybe it constantly needs updates and maybe the NHS will have to keep updating the IT and worrying about it instead of the patients. Also, what if they have already failed in the past and waist their money when they need to be paying for medicens.

I will try to do my best with fixing the IT and trying to clear of these cons blocking our path way. This may take a few years but eventually we will get there in the end.

We do need to keep an eye out for medicens because what if our patient needs a pecific medicene but the NHS does not have it or can not afford it? Again, I will try and speak to the goverment to organise more money for the NHS. Also, I think that we should get a lot of medicens because maybe if the NHS does not have it, they can recommend a more suitable medicene that will maybe be better than the one that the patient wanted!

We do need to be a bit carefull because of couse we can not buy so many medicens because if no one wants them, it would just be a waste of money.

This should take about 2 years, I promise.

I really hope you take my advice and make these improvments. I will try to do my best and get these things done because in my opinion, healthcare is the most important to me. I hope you agree with me. The reason why I typed all of these things down is because I care about people and doctors/nurses/dentists are really important in this world and we all would have no idea what we would do without them.

Thank you for this very informative final piece! It's full of lots of solutions . How would you get more doctors and nurses to lessen waiting times?

I would either get more nurses and doctors and other staff to persuade them to come to the NHS. If this solution does not work then we can ask some volunteers to help us with our costumers because some people have been volunteering recently. My last scenario, would be to teach younger children all the information about hospitals so they hopefully get inspired and it would be their future job. The reason why I said this would be my last case scenario is because we have to wait until the children are all grown up because they can not start working at a young age and while they are growing up they years might change.
