Is Boris Johnson doing the right thing?

Boris has given all of the UK so much advice for Corona-virus, but did he make all the right moves?

Boris has made a few mistakes in the past, so should we be a bit more aware of what he's saying? With the Corona-virus on the loose, he needs to make some really important decisions. He has already told us to stay in as much as possible and to shut down all businesses except supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Co-op etc. He has also told all elders to self isolate. Shall we fully trust EVERYTHING he says? What do you think?

You asked some interesting questions that got me thinking. But you also said he made a few mistakes in the past, what do you mean by that?

He did things like trying to shut down Parliament and people couldn't vote or speak up. Also he used to do silly things and people didn't really take him seriously.

Can you give an example of these 'silly things'?

He just kept on joking around all the time. Like the time when he got stuck on the zip wire.

These are interesting questions, thank you. You asked whether we should trust Boris Johnson - who would you trust more to deal with the virus? Who do you think Boris might talk to before making decisions?

I think he would talk to the rest of the Conservatives before sharing his decisions with the UK. I'm not saying that there's someone that I would trust more. I'm just questioning other peoples opinions other than my own.
