I think money it's very useful , because you can have a place to be , or something to eat and drink . Money helps us a lot but not in everything. But if someone offers you that amount money ,just , because you want to win a competition it's not fair . It's true that money is important nowadays but , imagine you were one of the people that participate in the competition fairly and I heard that the person who won offer money because he/she wants to win it's very unfair

I agree because if you buy a house or a car or a TV you would have a lot of money left over so you could donate to charity and also you could buy a small part of a company so you would still get money

You make a good point at the end when you put if billionaires should give their own money to people becasuse they came rich. You don't answer your question is money really everything I don't think so this is my opinion it is because you have family to care about what if they become homeless and you can't give them money they will need it won't they.

Money is very important in most situations for example getting food or a house but can't give you everything. If you were to say you wanted to bye happiness would you actually be able to do it. Most things in life cost money but the things that are important for living a happy life you cannot bye and you have to work for. That's what I personally think.

You can't do everything with money. I have many points about simple things that you can't do with money:

Make friends. If you give money to people and spend a lot for them, you should realise that most of your 'friends' don't actually like YOU but what your MONEY enables THEM to do.
Buy EVERYTHING. No matter however much money you have, there'll always be something which costs more. (You can only argue with this point if you're SUPER rich but over 7 billion people in the world aren't so I have the majority).
Can't get rid of the bad things you've done. A clear example would be trying to bribe your teacher to give you a good Parents Evening. Do you actually think she'd agree. That would probably add another BAD thing to your report or to say when your parents come in.

As you can see, money doesn't always help you in life. It can also lead to gambling and betting and in the end you could become broke. I hope this proves you can't do EVERYTHING with money.

Thanks for you comment. Good examples for how money can't buy certain things.

Can any other BNC members throw in some challenges and give examples for where money can buy these things?

For example, someone might argue if you are rich you can get rid of the bad things you have done. You could afford a top lawyer to get you off a criminal charge.

Money can buy you a car foe transport and put in your mouth and water in you mouth for you to survive and some people take that as granted but with that you can perish .

I believe that money can’t buy you everything, even if you persuade someone with a large amount of money.

The reason i think this is because with a lot of money, you can buy many things that you desire. With money you might sometimes buy your way out of something by persuading someone to do something for you because of a reward of a large sum of money. Also, you can buy valuable and expensive things.

However, money can’t always buy you everything. Although you can buy many useful things, you can’t buy things that are the most important in life. Things like love, friends, money and happiness. Some people think that with money you can do absolutely anything, but to get some things, you need to earn them rather than buy them. Additionally, some people try to persuade others to do something for them. Although sometimes it might work, others would never do something just to get money.

This shows that money can’t buy everthing because there are certain things that i believe can make you happy even if you don’t have money, but you can’t buy these things.

    Hi fearless_wolverine,

Some other BNC members have spoken about money being important for feeling secure and giving opportunities. Can you explore why these things are important for happiness?
