Five things you can do to IMPROVE OUR PLANET!!!

At the moment, our Earth is facing terrible damages to its atmosphere. Although this damage is beyond repair, we can certainly make a positive difference and protect it from getting any worse.

1) Recycle.

By recycling, you are saving the planet from suffering without the need for more and more plastics to be made. As well as saving the planet, it's also saving our oceans from all the unwanted plastic in it. Recycling is a great thing to do to stop wasting energy.

2) Less driving.

When we drive, we are releasing carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, as well as other harmful emissions. "According to the EPA, motor vehicles collectively cause 75 percent of carbon monoxide pollution in the U.S."

75%!!! Imagine the US without the 75% of air pollution. (Of course, to completely cut out driving is in realistic, but still, if we cut it down to 50%!

3) Look after bees.

Bees pollinate plants and flowers, giving us food and life. Plants also such up carbon dioxide that are harmful to our planet, improving our breathing, living and eating conditions. Bees are very important for basic survival. We need them!

4) Plant plants!!!

Like I said before, plants soak up lots of harmful emissions and not only do they make our lives more pleasant, they also improve our breathing conditions.

5) Renewable energy.

Instead of burning coal we can use make energy with wind farms and solar panels. "Britain continues to pump out thousands of tonnes of CO2 per hour, and in 2017 – the latest year for which figures are available – the UK emitted a total of 367 million tonnes of the heat-trapping gas. " However, recently we have gone a fortnight without burning coal for the first time since the industrial revolution.

Can our planet be taken out of danger?

Even in many years time, I doubt we can undo the harm that is done to our planet. However, we can certainly hinder anything bad coming our way for a little while. We can also stop any further harm being done to our planet.
