Good morning 🌞 every one I am the talkative squirrel 🐿️ from Sousse Tunisia I am twelve years old...
Water, water is wealth that we don't care about. Water is cheaper and more expensive when is missing. We in Tunisia are now suffering from a crisis in the water wealth, as the problem of water shortage increased, which added to the problems of our country. We did not realize this problem until it was too late. These matters are a result of our negligence, the citizens. We had to conserve the water and not waste it. We used the water sparingly and not thinking, we used the water chaotically and irresponsibly. Squandering water is a scourge that is no less dangerous than pollution, so we must be more aware and careful to avoid such disasters, so we must :

      - We use water wisely and economically.
      - Estimate the value of water by using only our need for it.
      - Do not be reckless and excuse the abundance of water, as it is quickly

Water is one of the most important substances on earth. All plants and animals must have water to survive. If there was no water there would be no life

Imagine earth without water. The soil, with no water in it and nothing growing on it, would be lifeless, dead, collapsed into dust, sand, clay or rock. In California's Central Valley where agriculture predominates and pulls water from the ground, this process is already beginning to happen. The earth used to be like a sponge, but where the groundwater has been sucked almost dry, like the Central Valley, the earth has collapsed and hardened. This is the process we call "subsidence.

    * Water Stabilizes Temperature
    *Water Cushions & Softens
    *Water Enables Transportation
*Water Cleans and Breaks Down Wastes
    *Water Enables Reproduction
*To humans, as creators of our own lives, water is our servant. We use it to grow crops and livestock, to cleanse and keep ourselves healthy, to stimulate ideas for products, and to transport those products. We use its cycles to remind us that our own lives also work in cycles.

But if we abuse water, like masters have a tendency to do with servants, if we don't care for it and preserve it, we will end up destroying ourselves. We need the rain forests, the swamplands, the open rivers and lakes, the estuaries, icebergs, snow tops—water in all its natural forms we need. And so does the rest of life If, instead of commanding it, we could conceive of ourselves as a partner or an intelligent component of water's own rain and storage cycle, it might encourage us to be more respectful of what water can do and more careful of the way we utilize it.

WITHOUT WATER LIFE WOULD NOT BE

Thanks for your comment. If you are quoting a website or source, please put it in quotation marks and tell us where you found this information. For example, I can tell that some of what you've written comes from here:

This helps us be clear what was written by someone else and also for us all to be able to look at sources of information.

Well the reason WHY we need water is because are body is mostly made of water. As this article explains: “Humans need to drink water to survive. Your body is approximately 60 percent water, your brain is 70 percent water, and your lungs are nearly 90 percent water. Each day, your body must replace 2.4 liters — or about 2.5 quarts of water — through ingested liquid and foods” (Margolis). Our bodies use the water we ingest for many things and without water are bodies could not do the day to day operations our bodies do. Water is something that is so important that we can die without it: “You can live without water for approximately one week, but you can survive without food for more than a month. Lack of water, or dehydration, reduces the amount of blood in your body, forcing your heart to pump harder in order to deliver oxygen-bearing cells to your muscles. In the early stages of dehydration, you can become dizzy, irritable and experience headaches. As dehydration progresses, you become clumsy and exhausted. Your eyesight fades. In the last stages of dehydration, you may feel nauseous and begin vomiting. Without water, you will enter a coma and die” (Margolis). So in short: if you do not drink water/liquids, you will die.

In relation to the covid-19 pandemic. Water has suffered both positive and negative effects.
For the positive, a good example of the effect of the pandemic is clearly seen in the canals of Venice which apparently became clear for the first time in about 60 years. Before I start on the negative effects of the pandemic, i would like to stress the importance of water. Of all the water in the world, only three percent is fresh water and out of that meagre percentage, only 1.2 percent is drinkable . Although the actual full impacts of the pandemic are still emerging, the noticeable indirect effects of the pandemic are in relation to the large amount of disinfectants and cleaning agents that were used during the pandemic. These chemicals eventually found their way through water channels into major water bodies. The water in such areas eventually becomes polluted and both terrestial and majorly aquatic organisms suffer. The indiscriminate disposal of medical facilities such as face masks, gloves and the likes in my country -Nigeria, lead to the repulsive sight of these medical facilities often classified as biohazards floating in many water bodies. A good example of this situation that I have personally experienced is a little stream used to irrigate my dads farm. During the pandemic, this stream looked horrible as face masks and especially surprising, used syringes were found in the water. Water used from the stream was temporarily rendered unsafe for purposes like irrigation causing a lot of problems in finding water for both commercial and subsistence farmers. I hope that like encouraging drum, many others around the world would come to value the importance of water and take measures to keep out waters safe and useful.

Oh encouraging_drum I absolutely agree with you ! Preserving water is not an option, rather it is a necessity that must be adhered to. Whoever preserves water is like someone who contributes to the revival of man, plants and animals, and saves many from thirst, just as water is a reason for beautifying places and spreading aspects of life in them, so it is a source of joy and calm , as it softens the atmosphere and makes it more beautiful. So we have to preserve it ! Keep the water clean!

Hello everyone Now I'm going to talk about water the shining jewel the precious treasure that we don t care about Every day people die of thirst At that time other people are squandering water Irresponsibility! Neglecting! Water isn t eternal! The water also ends! In my country, people don t use water wisely. They think it never ends. They consume it like air. All because lack of awareness So we have a water shortage problem We never know the worth of water till the well is try We have to collaborate before it becomes too late
-Keep the tap close while doing hand wash, tooth brush, face wash, washing dishes...
-Take a shower instead of a bath
-Install a low flow shower hand
    -take a shorter shower
    -watch the water bill
    -look for leaks
-nourich plants with run off water
    Save water Save life
