DIRECT

I support direct democracy more than indirect democracy. I support this motion more because in direct democracy everyone votes for something they realy think and it’s more democratic and in indirect democracy only the MPs vote. In Brexit they use sometimes direct democracy and sometime indirect and I think it’s a good system because for small problems it is sometimes better to use indirect but when it’s time of big problems direct democracy is the best. For example in Switzerland people voted on whether compaines should give workers more time off each year The plan would have increased worker’s holiday from 4 to 6 weeks each year, but 67% people voted against. People were worried that it would affect country’s buisinesses.
