  There is an awards ceremony at the end of the year for students who have won lots of stars but also for those who have made lots of progress or impressed us in different ways!

      It's at the end of the school year and schools can have their own ceremonies if they wish- maybe one to talk to your teacher about!

  Good question, spirited_insect! When we create new posts, the first thing we do is research. Have a look at some different news stories and see what they are saying about work. If anything looks particularly interesting, then that's probably a good thing to post about! Check through existing posts before you do though, just to double-check that nobody else got there first.

I believe i will not get a star on this but i just wanted to say well done everyone for the post stars and comments you made a smikle on my face and it just make me learn.It croweds that i learn new ideas and how things impacted on peoples life.Corona has changed alot

My new favourite subject is not BNC because it teaches us around the news, even tho we cant meet in person, we can still communicate, GET THE SPIRIT!!!
I have learnt alot during this time/app... It has incouraged me to talk more and to share my opinion, and not copie others. Durning this time, i have learnt about the Americain Election, Future of work, AND... NOW.... THIS!

This has really helped me get used to new words and i have rote more better so i can get stars..(like right now trying to get a star [hoppefully] ) and i just want to thank all the BNC workers... Kate and Tom... THANK YOU!!!!!!!

thank you for this club it has really enabled me to learn new skills an see things from other people's point of view because now i am well informed even though we can't meet in person. I would like to know more on how to improve my skill of creativity which is really bad and problem solving which is the same. the video has helped but I just wanted more information and I will also try to win stars.

These responses will have an impact on the natural environment. So far around $840 billion has gone to sectors with a high environmental impact in 11 G20 countries and the crisis has been seized upon as reason to relax environmental protection regulations. Worryingly though, long-term environmental sustainability has not been a key consideration.

With roads emptying and factories closed, air quality has dramatically improved in recent months and emissions are estimated to be down 8%. This puts the world on track to achieve the Paris Agreementy ambition of a maximum global temperature rise of 1.5°C if the same reduction is achieved every year for the next decade.
