Hazel Miller's interview

"Hello, I am Hazel Miller. I am 24 years old and am a graduate from law school. Acting as a barrister in my day job, my life is very busy especially with my 3 children and husband. I feel as if I am held against voting because I am originally from Canada, this makes me angry and bored because I never have a role to vote. Some people might not vote because they have a criminal record, are not interested or because of the amount of the electoral votes their state is worth, but I can’t because I am not a born and bred American. I feel enclosed and that my vote would be powerful if I could vote, but I can’t. I think people should vote because we have many electoral votes (at 55) and it is America’s future which is something we have to think about. If I were allowed to vote, I would vote for Joe Biden because Donald Trump has built a wall against Mexico where my husband’s parents live. I could never be president because of where I come from. I don’t think the democratic system is fair because everyone should be able to vote because it is their and their family’s future. Joe Biden should definitely become president because he has tried to change things and we like a good change. Although Donald Trump has done a lot for us, I feel it’s time to move on and start fresh. Joe Biden can help us get better trade with China and make up with them. "
